Proof of that came into view when Nob Hill News heard from several readers about recent parking changes at the Nob Hill Business Center on Central between Amherst and Carlisle.

“Hoping you can cover the changes to the parking lots … everyone is pretty upset … QR code needs to be scanned, info given, then you get one hour free—used to be two hours and you didn’t need a smartphone,” one of our Alert Readers, Stacey, recently emailed to us.
