For about a month, construction has been underway at Nob Hill’s former Masha’s Jewelry building at 3012 Central Ave. SE. Readers noticed the new activity not long after Nob Hill News wrote about a slew of shuttered buildings in the core that had been marked as substandard and unsafe to occupy—Masha’s was one of those.
“Today when I went to the Wells Fargo on Central and Richmond, and saw that Masha’s was under construction, I thought I’d ask if Nob Hill News knew what was going on,” one of our Alert Readers, Emmaly, recently emailed to us.
