Former Slice Parlor Space Set For New Owner

Site wedged between Flying Star, Ihatov

One of the Nob Hill core’s more prominent vacancies is under contract to be sold and made over as a multi-tenant restaurant-retail destination.

The former Slice Parlor space, located at 3410 Central Ave. SE in between Flying Star Cafe and Ihatov Coffee and Bread, is in the final process of being sold to John Algermissen, a director at NAI SunVista Commercial Real Estate. The popular eatery, which operates a location in the Northeast Heights, closed in Nob Hill in late 2024.
